Termination / Cancellation for monthly fees:
Termination of the Web Development project by the Client must be requested in writing thirty 30 days prior by E-mail at Support@FusionMedia.Website and will be effective on receipt of such notice. Telephone requests for termination of services will not be honoured until and unless confirmed in writing to us at Support@FusionMedia.Website.
Requests received later than seven 7 days prior to the end of the current service period will automatically be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period. No refund requests would be entertained for past monthly fees for any reason.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card/Paypal provided at the time of purchase and in case of Payment Gateway Name payments refund will be made to the same account
If you wish to transfer your hosting to another provider Fusion Media can, upon request, download your site and email that over. Fusion Media is not responsible for moving/transferring of data on the new server(s). The cost for this service $1000 per copy. Under no circumstance Admin/FTP access would be provided to the user for modifying site core files, plugins, managing users and site database.
